Annual ‘Laying Up Supper’ Menu 2025

(£38 per person – including tea and coffee)

MENU

STARTERS

1. Roast Sweet Potato Soup with coconut & chilli (V, Gs)
2. Trio of Salmon with lemon & dill dressing (Gs)
3. Goats Cheese Parcel with pickled vegetables & roquette salad (V)

 MAIN COURSE 

1. Slow Cooked Beef, Beef Bonbon with glazed root vegetables (*)
2. Seared Fillets of Seabass, Butter Greens with prawn, tomato & caper salsa (Gs)
3. Sweet Potato Gnocchi with burst tomato, kale & toasted pine nuts (V)

 DESSERTS 

1. Triple Chocolate Brownie with clotted cream ice cream (Gs)
2. Honeycomb Cheesecake with salted caramel sauce
3. Lemon Tart with fresh berry compote (Gs)
