- Roast Sweet Potato Soup with coconut & chilli (V, Gs)
- Trio of Salmon with lemon & dill dressing (Gs)
- Goats Cheese Parcel with pickled vegetables & roquette salad (V)
MAIN COURSE
- Slow Cooked Beef, Beef Bonbon with glazed root vegetables (*)
- Seared Fillets of Seabass, Butter Greens with prawn, tomato & caper salsa (Gs)
