Vessel details.
This Fisher 46 was the last one to be built in GRP. It is pictured on the 1994 Fisher 46 brochure and is believed to be the only MKIII to have been built by Northshore yachts in the early 90s. The MkIII's superstructure was of a very different design to the Mk1 and Mk2, giving more accommodation space below.
Over many years, the vessel was rebuilt to the same design after a fire engulfed it, mostly destroying the upper superstructure and interior. The hull and remaining superstructure was then sold on after being classed as an insurance right-off. She was also originally fitted with a stainless steel bowsprit, but that was removed at Northshore.
