    GENERAL INFORMATION 

    Based in south Devon, Uk, “Emily” is a MkI Fisher 30 and was believed to have been commissioned in 1977. It has received a recent refit using local marine services with many upgrades and is ready for the coming season. Expenditure includes rig overhaul, sails, electrics, upholstery and Gas installation work, plus engine overhaul, equipped mainly with Raymarine electronics.

     

    ACCOMMODATION 

    Fore cabin with double V berth. Saloon with table and settee converting into a double berth, with a quarter berth to starboard. Wheelhouse with helm position and seating. Separate heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet, and washbasin, Stainless steel galleys sink with running water.

    The drinking water capacity is 227 litres in a stainless steel tank. Galley with two burners gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven, including fitting new gas bottle regulator and flexible cooker connection. A Gas safe Certificate was issued—a gas sensor in the bilge and a Pilot gas alarm in the saloon. Plus, two wall-mounted fire extinguishers and a fire blanket Shore power: Meaco Dehumidifier and Bar Heater with an extension cable. New made-to-measure covers, including zips and velcro fixings. Cabin headroom 6ft

     

    NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT 

    Navigation Lights, Compass, Depth sounder 

    Garmin chart plotter, VHF, Autohelm, Furuno multifunction plotter and radar. New windscreen wiper motor and blade fitted.

     

    SPARS - RIGGING/SAILS

    Kemp gold anodised aluminium spars. 

    Genoa on Selden furling gear Furlex 2045.

    New Mainsail in Standard Woven Dacron Contender 7.38 with four full-length battens and 3000 Allslip slides. - The main mast stepped in a tabernacle. 

    Mizzen - Tan Mizzen sail with fully zipped sail cover.

    New Lazyjacks – Main and Mizzen. New full zipped sail covers were fitted to both sails in 2021. Stainless steel standing rigging was replaced. Terylene rope running rigging. 

    All New 2 x Harken 16 self-tailing sheet winches. 2 x halyard winches on mast. 

    New wire guard rails fitted with new turnbuckles and gates on either side.

     

    DECK GEAR 

    Anchor with 8mm chain, Lofran 1000W Cayman 88 Windlass 

    Stainless Steel davits for inflatable dinghy, Fenders Warps.

     

    ENGINE.

    Vetus M4.15 33hp reconditioned work was recently carried out by a qualified marine engineer with many new parts fitted. Fuel tank: Stainless Steel: capacity: 227 litres 

    Maximum speed: 7 knots - Cruising speed: 6 knots 

     

     

    ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS 

    Two new Numax Batteries, with new Battery Switch & VSR, and a Victron Battery charger were supplied and installed, complete with fuse and fuse holder including consumables, to include one 12v engine Start battery, plus a 12v domestic battery which is also charged by the alternator.  

    240v shore power system with ring main, and battery charger. Nasa Clipper battery monitor. Newly installed a larger automatic bilge pump connected to a float switch, including connections and wiring.
