Fisher Freeward - Shearlangstone

  • Fisher-Freeward 25 built in 1973 by Northshore.
She has 5 berths and standing headroom in the saloon. The engine is a Beta 28hp diesel which was fitted in 2000. Standing and running rigging were replaced in 2010, sails are in good condition (two mains and a roller furling genoa).
Nav equipment includes Garmin chart plotter, compass, sounder, speed/distance log, vhf radio.
She has a CQR bower anchor and a manual windlass, there is a fisherman's anchor in the cockpit  locker for a kedge.
In the galley is a 2-burner/grill hob and s/s sink/drainer. There is running water in the galley and head sinks (cold I'm afraid),fed by an electric pump from a 40-litre tank in the fore-peak. As well as the sink, the heads contain a Lavac sea toilet.
There is an auto helm which connects to the tiller steering, also a nearly new spray-hood and sail cover, jack-stays and lazy-jacks.
Shearlangstone is berthed at Keyhaven, near Lymington, Hampshire.
